Job summary

We are hiring an Industrial Electrician at Anheuser-Busch in New Windsor, NY. The role focuses on installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated control systems to maximize uptime of packaging equipment.

You will diagnose failures, update PLC/HMI programs, and repair motors, drives, and sensors while following plant SOPs and safety rules. Training and lockers provided for shift-based, rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• VFD experience.
• Allen Bradley PLC5 programming and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints.
• Knowledge of safety policies (Lockout/Tagout, confined space, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair 480-volt, 3-phase systems.
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed production and packaging machinery.
• Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls.
• Analyze plant-wide electrical data to drive maintenance and improvements.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety/ sanitation requirements.
• Cross-training opportunities available to maximize earnings.

You will ensure maximum uptime of machinery by diagnosing failures, updating PLC/HMI programs, and repairing electrical components like sensors, drives, and motors**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair for 480-volt, 3 phase systems, and minimizing downtime will be necessary.* Support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain high-speed production and packaging machinery.* Responsible for programmable controllers and computer process controls.* Analyze plant-wide electrical process data to make decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvement activities* Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; complete assigned work safely and efficiently per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)* Assist with process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean methodology including root cause analysis, process flow maps, etc.* Clearly document and communicate maintenance and quality events using computer reporting systems\Cross-training opportunities available to maximize your earnings and expand your technical knowledge**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:*** High School Diploma or GED required* Electrical experience required including: 1.
