Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a fast-paced, high-speed production environment. You will troubleshoot and maintain PLC-driven equipment, manage power distribution, and perform PM/PdM to improve uptime and reliability.

The role requires strong electrical skills, PLC experience, and the ability to read schematics. SAP is used to document maintenance activities and parts issued throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree preferred.
• PLC experience preferred; multiple platforms like Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, and Siemens are beneficial.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 volts is required.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and variable speed drive controlled high-speed production equipment and batch processes.
• Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
• Analyze process data and make decisions on maintenance and improvement activities.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.
• Utilize SAP to document and track maintenance activities.
