The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing accounting, a BS in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred), and strong leadership. You will mentor the accounting team and partner with leadership to optimize margins and compliance.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required with MBA preferred.
• 8+ years accounting management experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and analysis of financial reports in compliance with regulations.
• Lead accounting team and mentor while coordinating with Assistant Controller onsite one week per month.
• Align financial strategies with AMST’s transformation and growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting process and provide forecasts for informed decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and risk management controls.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to drive performance improvements.
