Job summary

Tutti Quanti, LLC, a growing PE-backed manufacturer and distributor in the San Fernando Valley, seeks a hands-on Controller to build scalable accounting processes. You will lead close cycles, oversee inventory accounting, COGS, and financial reporting, and partner with executives to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including 3+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Strong experience in manufacturing or inventory-intensive environments.
• Experience with GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience leading annual audits and working with external auditors.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process with a close-plus-5 reporting cadence.
• Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, schedules, journal entries, and accruals.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, COGS, revenue recognition, and retailer chargebacks.
• Document and strengthen accounting policies, controls, and procedures for scalability.
• Provide leadership to the accounting team and drive process improvements.
• Own the annual audit process and be the primary point of contact with auditors.
