Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for our growing manufacturing organization in Connecticut. This on-site role demands strong GAAP expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive close processes and internal controls.

You will oversee financial reporting, audits, ERP systems, and team development, with a base salary of $140k–$150k DOE plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership or Controller experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience with audits, internal controls/SOX, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
