• Apply TPM and lean flow methods to optimize asset and workforce effectiveness.
• Develop and manage reliability improvement plans.
• Lead tests, startup, and capital projects support for packaging materials.
• Support cost improvement and annual operating/capital plans.
• Serve as liaison across production, maintenance, leadership, marketing, R&D, and other plants.
