Job summary

Brooks Automation in the United States is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to lead manufacturing CI projects that optimize cost, quality, and schedule across Brooks Manufacturing sites. You will assess CI initiatives, set goals, and coordinate with leaders, engineers, and operators to deploy improvements.

The role requires Lean methodologies, data analysis, Excel proficiency, and collaboration to train technicians and improve safety, quality, and output.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced assembly environment.
• Experience implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve Safety, Quality, and Output metrics.
• Working knowledge of LEAN methodologies including 5S and Waste Elimination methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Engineering related Degree recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects optimizing cost, quality, and schedule at Brooks Manufacturing sites.
• Develop CI plans, set goals, and align with KPI targets and site strategy.
• Identify, scope, and manage CI projects from start to finish.
