Job description

Oak Creek Homes, a builder of Manufactured Homes and Modular Homes, has several full-time positions available at our manufacturing plant in Lancaster.

With over 47 years of experience, we are known throughout the Southwest for building high-quality, custom-designed Manufactured and Modular homes.

Compensation

We offer one of the most competitive compensation plans in the industry, starting at $12.00 per hour and up to $16.00 per hour based on skilled trade experience. There are opportunities for advancement to Group Leader, Assistant Supervisor, and Supervisor roles.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Requirements

We are currently looking to fill multiple positions. Construction trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train. Immediate openings are available for drywall, painters, trimmers, and cleaning crew. Candidates must be able to pass a physical exam and E-Verify.
