Job summary

CTS International is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician based in Seattle, Washington. This position plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing engineering team by reviewing engineering drawings and coordinating with design engineers. You'll identify tooling requirements and assist in resolving manufacturing-related issues.

The ideal candidate will have an AA degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers a contract duration of 12+ months with possibilities for extension or full-time opportunities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering or technician role.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering change requests to determine their impact on manufacturing.
• Coordinate with design and service bulletin engineers to clarify technical details.
• Participate in change board meetings to present findings and recommendations.
• Identify tooling requirements and initiate tooling orders.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to manufacturing issues.
