Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with proven success.
• PM experience managing multiple projects ($100k+) across functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and potentially internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept to completion.
• Develop scopes, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects within time and budget.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions and maximize alignment.
• Drive process improvements and automation while ensuring safety and quality.
