Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• 2–3 years experience in high-speed manufacturing with computer skills.
• Must be available to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to read and interpret process forms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Production Supervisor.
• Follow verbal instructions to complete tasks.
• Read and write process forms and data in reports.
• Operate/adjust machines to maintain quality per specs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and 6S principles.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervision.
