Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for optimum efficiency and quality.
• Design and oversee automation systems to improve manufacturing operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including setup matrices and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and DFM.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes.
• Analyze production data to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance in all processes.
• Participate in equipment selection, installation, and qualification.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
