Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a Manufacturing IT Support Analyst to join our production team in New Hampshire. You will support Production via the Helpdesk, assist with production issues, perform testing and validation of DeltaV and Syncade changes, and carry out system administration tasks such as account creation and maintenance with guidance on more advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Experience with DeltaV, Syncade and PI data analyses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Production via the Helpdesk, assisting with production issues.
• Perform testing and validation activities for Syncade and DeltaV changes.
• Perform System administration tasks, i.e. account creation and maintenance, system maintenance, and other tasks as assigned.
• Execute Process Change Controls and close CAPAs; incorporate SAP Material Masters as needed.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process automation systems.
• Support resolution of equipment breakdowns and quality issues with increasing complexity.
