Job summary

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates to support multiple shifts along the Connecticut shoreline, including Westbrook, Essex, and Deep River.

These contract positions offer on-the-job training and the potential to be hired full-time based on performance. Positions include inspectors, deburrers, machine operators, hand assemblers, and packers; all roles emphasize dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures in a hands-on manufacturing

Qualifications

• Dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can follow written and verbal instructions.
• Training is available for qualified candidates.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.

Manufacturing Production Associates — Multiple Openings

Connecticut Shoreline • Westbrook / Essex / Deep River 1st & 2nd Shift • $17.50–$19.00/hour

Now Hiring: Manufacturing Production Associates

Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity on the Connecticut shoreline? We’re hiring Production Associates for multiple positions across our manufacturing operations in the Westbrook, Essex, and Deep River area. Contract positions with the potential of hire.

We have opportunities for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who want to build their skills in a hands-on production environment. Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it is not required for all positions. Training is available for qualified candidates.

Positions Include

• Inspectors — Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and specifications.
• Deburrers — Remove burrs and sharp edges from manufactured components using hand tools and production equipment.
• Machine Operators — Operate production machinery, monitor processes, and perform basic quality checks.
• Hand Assembly — Assemble small components and finished products according to established procedures.
• Packers — Prepare completed products for shipment, including counting, labeling, packaging, and inspection.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required for all opportunities
