Job summary

Omega Flex in Exton, PA is seeking Manufacturing Associates – Testers/Segmenters to join our on-site team. You will segment, cut, inspect materials, and operate cutting equipment while following safety guidelines and collaborating with production staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Familiarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and reading skills and the ability to read measuring instruments.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds daily.
• Mechanical ability and/or prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required (training provided).
• Reliable and dependable worker with strong work ethic.

Omega Flex, a leading manufacturer of Flexible Gas Hose, is seeking dedicated team players to join as Manufacturing Associates – Testers/Segmenters in Exton, PA. This role involves working in an onsite manufacturing environment that emphasizes collaboration, safety, and high-performance results. Benefits and Work Environment

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm; Night Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm.

• Competitive pay starting between $15-$19/hr, with potential for overtime and pay raises at 3 months, 6 months, and on the first anniversary.
