Adecco is hiring for Manufacturing Associates on a full-time, temp-to-hire basis with a leading local food manufacturer near York, ME. The role involves production line duties, quality checks, and packaging in a safe, clean environment.

Pay starts at $20.00/hour with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Fast-paced team environment with focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing line duties.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, tag, and package finished products.
• Hand-finish products as needed.
• Move materials and finished goods using pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Report equipment or production concerns to supervisors.
