Job summary

Clickstop is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our fast-paced production team in the United States. You will blend hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging duties, assembling transportation tie-downs and related products.

Join a role that emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and continuous improvement while supporting multiple areas of production on the shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Detail-oriented in repetitive tasks.
• Able to stand or sit for long shifts.
• Read and follow work orders and processes.
• Willing to cross-train across production areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble tie‑down straps and other products.
• Pack orders and prepare them for shipment from a conveyor line.
• Audit orders for accuracy and maintain documentation.
• Meet daily output targets while upholding quality and safety.
• Support Lean initiatives to improve packing and production workflows.
