The ideal candidate is an experienced manufacturing employee skilled in sewing who is willing and able to perform various manufacturing functions including screen printing, packing, garment repair, and customizations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines to sew or repair garments and fabric parts
• Visually inspect stitches, fabric, parts, customizations, and garments
• Review orders to ensure accuracy
• Pull and mix ink to appropriate color
• Use screens to apply ink to products
• Place products on dryer for curing
• Operate computer and vinyl plotting equipment to create customized details
• Adhere customization to products
• Pack products
• Operate sealing machine and ensure sealing tape is adhered to components and garments
• Perform pressure tests and identify and repair any leaks

Qualifications:

• Sewing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Willing and able to perform a variety of tasks
• Dependable
