Job description

Manufacturing Associates for the night shift to join our Drug Product or Drug Substance Manufacturing team, focusing on aseptic filling and packaging of biologic products. In this role, you will operate in a controlled environment, supporting manufacturing activities from material preparation to final packaging of sterile drug products.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform and oversee aseptic filling, labeling, and packaging operations with minimal supervision.
2. Assist in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance tasks.
3. Ensure batch records are accurate and complete; review documentation for regulatory compliance.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
5. Train and mentor junior associates in aseptic techniques and procedures.
6. Participate in problem-solving related to operational challenges and report deviations promptly.

Experience/Qualifications:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in GMP or cleanroom manufacturing; experience in biologics or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
3. Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile operations is advantageous.
