Job description

Metamora Fixture Operations is one of two U.S. fixture production plants supporting Hallmark Cards, Inc. This plant processes orders and manufactures Hallmark’s product display concepts found in retail stores. We have a small-town atmosphere with a One Team approach throughout the facility. Everyone's voices are heard, and opinions are valued.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The Manufacturing Associate safely, accurately, and efficiently manufactures and fulfills fixture orders in a team environment based on customer demand and business need. This role operates based on ongoing performance management standards specific to company priorities. The ability to interpret technical drawings and use various measurement tools is valuable to our manufacturing processes. Forklift operation certification is also enabled to promote flexibility within each primary department. This role exhibits process ownership and instills accountability towards servicing our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
  • Power Industrial Vehicle certification within first 90 days
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use various measurement tools
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as frequent bending, standing, push/pull motions and lifting weight between 21-50 lbs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
