Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator in Norton, OH to support daily production operations and ensure quality. You will operate production equipment, polish parts, and assist with basic machine maintenance while adhering to safety practices and company standards.

The role provides an $12.50–$13.50 hourly range depending on shift, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available and overtime as needed.

Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator - Responsible for operating production equipment, polishing and finishing products, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical experience looking to join a growing team.

Pay & Schedule:

• $12.50 - $13.50 Hourly (Based on Shift)
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery and tools
• Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards
• Inspect products for defects, consistency, and overall quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality requirements are met
• Complete production documentation accurately
