Manufacturing Associate, Liso-cel CAR-T, Manufacturing Operations (in Summit, NJ)

The role involves manufacturing human blood-derived components in a controlled, cGMP cleanroom environment under supervision, adhering to regulatory standards, and working within a team on a rotating shift schedule. Responsibilities include supporting production processes, equipment setup, deviation investigations, aseptic techniques, data recording, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Shifts available: Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday, 12-hour shifts (5 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. or 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment supporting blood component production via cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
  • Assist with deviation investigations and CAPA closures.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques and proper documentation.
  • Support production schedules and ensure quality and safety compliance.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, and aseptic processing.
  • Knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulations.
  • Technical writing and proficiency in MS Office.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing or relevant scientific/engineering education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2+ years manufacturing experience, OR technical degree with 3+ years, OR bachelor's degree.
Working Conditions:
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, lift 25 pounds, and work around biological materials.
