High Purity New England Inc. in Smithfield, RI, seeks a Manufacturing Associate II, Cleanroom Operator - Defined Term, to assemble, inspect and package per work instructions within a controlled cleanroom environment.

You will follow strict batch records, maintain cleanroom standards, and support quality control while reviewing workflows. This defined-term role lasts about 12 months with eligibility for typical benefits.

Job Purpose and Function
The Manufacturing Associate II – Cleanroom Operator is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging per work instructions. HPNE is a distributor and a manufacturer of solutions for the biopharma industry. Our single-use assemblies, ready-to-use systems, and bioprocess solutions support biotech, pharmaceutical, and life-science companies around the world.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble components into complete product
• Ensure the accuracy of batch records
• Follow proper cleanroom procedures at all times
• Maintain a standard of quality control at all times
• Review workflow consistently

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work on a team and individually
• Ability to read a blueprint or a technical drawing

Education and Experience

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing
• Prolonged periods of working with your hands
• Ability to wear appropriate attire for a cleanroom (gown, mask and hair net)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

This is a “Defined Term” assignment that will last approximately 12 months. Defined Term employees areeligible for mostbenefits (including health insurance and paid time off) while on assignment.

Pay rate: $21 - $24 / hour
