Position Overview: The Manufacturing Associate II is responsible for basic machine operation, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting daily management activities in a manufacturing environment. This role reports to the operations team in Timonium, MD, and is on-site.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting operations to meet customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Quality and Safety teams.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures, conducting 5S activities, and performing basic math tasks for hourly scorecards.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude.
• PC skills.
• Experience with quality inspection.
