EDUCATION NOTE: No specific college degree is required. The employer is primarily focused on demonstrated hands-on manufacturing experience, forklift experience, production skills, dependability, and the ability to safely perform the work.
FORKLIFT NOTE: The actual Job Description specifically states that forklift experience is required. A formal forklift certification is NOT separately listed as a required credential. Verify actual hands-on forklift operation rather than automatically rejecting a candidate solely because a certification is not shown on the resume.
