Job summary

Evotec is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I in Redmond, WA to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. You will perform and monitor critical processes, assist with new product introductions, and ensure compliance with batch records and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or related alternative education path.
• Experience or education demonstrating rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute technical tasks with quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor critical processes (i.e., SUB batch, inoculations, perfusion, and harvest operations).
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility.
• Initiate non-conformances (NC).
• Execute Electronic Batch Records (EBR) using Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs as necessary.
• Support operations of glasswasher and autoclave.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; or

• Associate’s degree in science-related area and relevant experience; or

• High school diploma or GED and 5 or more years of relevant experience.

• Candidate must possess strong focus on right the first time and attention to detail

• Possess effective task/time management organizational skills

• Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope

• Ability to organize, analyze/interpret, and effectively communicate individual results

• Motivated, self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude

• Good interpersonal, team, and communication skills are a mustamd excellent oral and written communication skills

The base pay range for this non-exempt position at commencement of employment is expected to be $22.00 to $32.00/hour. Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
