Manufacturing Associate
Contract: 6 month contract with conversion potential

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:00PM-10:30PM
or
3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 10:00PM-6:30AM
Performs routine assembly and packaging operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility while following GMP, SOPs, safety, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly, packaging, visual inspection/filling, material movement, and production area organization.
Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, minor repairs/adjustments, and real-time problem resolution.
Gather and stock components, tools, equipment, and supplies needed for production.
Complete batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation accurately.
Maintain clean, safe, organized production areas and follow 5S and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and elevate production, equipment, or safety issues.
Qualifications
High School diploma plus 1 year of GMP-regulated industry experience; Associate/Bachelor’s degree or biotechnology training preferred.
Pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong communication, teamwork, basic math, and computer skills.
Ability to follow written procedures and cGMP requirements and stand/walk for extended periods.
