Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
• Manufacturing, technical, or vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing, machining, assembly, and production equipment.
• Load and unload materials, parts, and components safely.
• Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished components.
• Monitor machinery, report issues, and support production flow.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support material handling, packaging, and inventory movement as assigned.
