These roles offer a path to build hands-on experience, learn process steps, and grow into more advanced positions.

Pay rates up to $19.80 per hour vary by assignment and experience. Temp-to-hire opportunities and flexible shift schedules are common, with safety as a priority and opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Safety must be prioritized in all tasks.
• Be flexible with hours, departments and schedules.
• Self-assess work and judge quality of output.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished products.
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from workstations and production lines.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Identify and report defects or production concerns to supervisors.
• Stack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
• Assist with basic machine operation within the warehouse.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies.
