Wage: Starting at$17.00(Dependent onExperience) with 90 Day Evaluation & Pay Rate Change

Summary

Glaz-Tech is looking for Glass Fabricator/Material Handler, Glass Catcher (End of Furnace) and Muntin Bar Specialist at our Shreveport, LA location. We are seeking responsible, adaptable and self‑driven individuals looking to grow with us in the manufacturing industry. The glass fabricator/material handler, Glass Catcher (End of Furnace) and Muntin Bar Specialist will use a variety of tools, machinery, and protective gear to ensure product is produced safely and to the highest quality.

Responsibilities may include:

• Use of specialized machinery and hand tools
• Organization and production of various glass products
• Assisting multiple departments as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50-75 pounds
• Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to communicate in English
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow as an employee
• Successfully pass pre-employment Drug Screen

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the US
