Title: Manufacturing Associate / Forklift Operator (Night Shift) - Gilbert, AZ

Description: Job ID: 507078. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting machine operators.
  2. Maintenance, yard work, warehouse, production, utilities, and material handling.
  3. Clean-up machinery and conveyors, maintain the surrounding area and keep equipment free from debris during downtime.
  4. Clean floors and pick up reusable scrap for salvage, transport trash and debris away from production areas.
  5. Responsible for keeping pallets neat and orderly.
  6. Assist lead operator in preparing for shift production, work closely with the lead operator and become knowledgeable of the mechanics and operation of the machines.
  7. May be required to work with conveyors, ramps, elevators, etc. as assigned.
  8. Operate machinery or equipment as trained and instructed, following safety guidelines at all times.
  9. May be required to operate equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors or vehicles, among others.
  10. Operate a variety of hand tools.
  11. Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks.
  12. Assist in completing shipping/receiving documents, verify loads leaving the premises.
  13. Package and label products properly.
  14. Maintain, verify, and count product inventory.

Job Requirements:

  1. Requires pre-employment drug screening/background test.
  2. High school diploma/equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
  3. Ability to follow company safety procedures and attend weekly safety meetings.
  4. Must be able to demonstrate lock out tag out procedures and keep key lock at all times.
  5. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. from ground level.
  6. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  7. Able to pass internal certification training.
