Job summary

Staffmark Group in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. You will perform light assembly, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. The role requires following prints, operating basic machinery, and meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Basic mechanical, math, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly and basic machining operations.
• Follow production and quality procedures, read prints, and check materials for defects.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Transport products to correct locations and handle materials properly.
• Prepare and package units for shipment and complete required documentation.
