Manufacturing Associate

This position is onsite in Coventry, Rhode Island.

What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Associate:
  • Manufacturing and assembling various products and parts
  • Testing products to ensure specifications are met and documenting processing conditions
  • Following production guidelines and specifications to maintain product quality
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workstation and fabrication area
  • Keeping records of production and reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and seek clarification when needed

What you need to be successful:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products, and processing/fabrication equipment (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs., and team lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders, and work stands
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed
  • Good vision for detail and defect identification
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors
