Job summary

Ingram Content Group is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the day shift at our Roseburg, OR facility. You will operate production equipment, re-supply raw materials, and communicate equipment issues to leads to ensure safety, quality and on-time production.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and dependable attendance during a day shift with the potential for overtime. Physical demands include lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Six months continuous work experience required.

• Operates all production equipment including but not limited to B/W printers, binders and cutters to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual.
• Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operates all production equipment including but not limited to B/W printers, binders and cutters to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards as described in the LSI operating manual.
• Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment.
• Notifies lead operator and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.
• Must be detail oriented; possess good verbal communication skills and a high customer satisfaction orientation. A mechanical aptitude is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate dependable attendance. Computer skills a plus.

What You'll Need:

• 6 months continuous work experiencerequired

Physical Demands:

• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift – 30lbs or less continuously, 31-50lbs frequently and 51-70lbs occasionally
• Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 70lbs force to push during the assigned shift – 1-50lbs continuously and 51-70lbs occasionally
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends
