We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, hardworking people to join Alcon! As a Manufacturing Associate supporting our manufacturing site, you will be trusted to work with Production Technicians and Electro-Mechanics at Johns Creek, GA.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  1. Constructs, solves problems, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  2. Works from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions.
  3. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in the prescribed format.
  4. Performs calibration and alignment checks.
  5. Makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as advised.
  6. Prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  3. Work hours: J SHIFT (Day Shift).
  4. Travel Requirements: Like domestic or international (Percentage).
  5. Relocation assistance: no.
