Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our production process runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Assemble and package products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents
  • Report any machinery or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in work processes
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time


Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Associate will work primarily in a manufacturing environment, which may be noisy and require the use of personal protective equipment. The work schedule may include overtime.
