48forty Solutions, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Automated Pallet Repairer on a piece-rate basis. You'll build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood, with hourly pay of $15.00 per hour and a 1st shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am–3:30pm. Location: Jacksonville, FL.

Operate with safety in mind, lift up to 50 lbs, and stack pallets for forklift movement. The role emphasizes high-volume production and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing preferred.
• Fast hands with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Overview

As an Automated Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay:

$15.00/hr.

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers

• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas

• Ensure safety for yourself and others by following all procedures as set by the company

• Achieve high standards of quality while maintaining high volume of finished goods

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
