Job summary

48forty Solutions in Henderson, CO is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. This is a piece-rate role; pay increases with output. Training lasts 60 days at $19.50/hr, then $16.00/hr plus piece rate (avg $21.00/hr - $31.00/hr).

Work 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm, location at 8221 East 96th Avenue, Unit C, Henderson, CO 80640. Emphasis on safety, quality and productivity in a large pallet-management company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing is highly preferred.
• Strong hands, detail orientation, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move to appropriate areas.
• Ensure safety by following all company procedures.
• Maintain high quality while handling a high volume of finished goods.

Overview

As an Pallet Repairer, you’ll get to build and repair wooden pallets from freshly cut or recycled wood on a daily basis to fulfill all of our customers’ needs! This is a piece rate position, so the more pallets you repair, the more money you make!

Hourly Pay:

$19.50/hr. During Training 60 days and then $16.00/hr. + Piece rate (AVG $21.00/hr. - $31.00/hr

Shift(s):

1st Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, experience highly preferred
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality

• Ability to work overtime as needed
