Helios Technologies Sun Hydraulics in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to help produce and prepare high-performance hydraulic cartridge valves. Training provided; no prior manufacturing experience required.

You will assemble, test, inspect, pack, and prepare products, operate basic production equipment, follow work instructions, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting quality goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, inspect, pack, or prepare products according to established instructions.
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools after receiving proper training.
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Package products and prepare materials for shipment when assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork and/or computer system entries.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for helping produce and prepare our high-performance hydraulic cartridge valves for our customers. Depending on the department, this position may perform assembly, testing, packing, inspection, material handling, shipping, or other production activities. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide training to help you learn the job and be successful.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assemble, test, inspect, pack, or prepare products according to established instructions.
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools after receiving proper training.
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Package products and prepare materials for shipment when assigned.
