Job summary

Helios Technologies in Florida is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support assembly, testing, packing, and inspection of our hydraulic cartridge valves. You will follow established instructions, operate basic production equipment after training, and help ensure parts meet quality standards.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide training. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, inspect, pack, or prepare products according to established instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment after training.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package products and prepare materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete required paperwork and/or computer system entries.

Depending on the department, this position may perform assembly, testing, packing, inspection, material handling, shipping, or other production activities.
