Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Watertown, WI. The role offers a 3rd shift schedule with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. You will contribute to daily manufacturing operations, help assemble products, inspect goods, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Looking for individuals who are eager to learn, comfortable with chemicals, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Training is provided, and benefits are available through Staffmark.

Qualifications

  • No Experience Required – Training Provided!
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Comfortable working with chemicals; manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift hours and participate in training sessions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Load hoppers and stack finished products efficiently.
  • Accurately label boxes, containers, pails, and drums in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Lift and palletize items, including 1.5-gallon bottles.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Perform general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
  • Safely handle chemicals in compliance with company protocol.

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
