Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a Manufacturing Department Associate to support packaging, assembly and labeling in a cannabis production setting. You will collaborate with Quality Control, ensure CGMP/PPE compliance, and handle 40-hour weekly shifts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and precise execution of tasks across packaging, labeling and materials handling. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior production, assembly and/or cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Available to work varied schedules, including day and night shifts.
• Must work at least 40 hours per week.
• Must stand for long periods and be able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fills a variety of roles on the production line as needed.
• Sets up, operates, and maintains production equipment or machinery.
• Prepares, inspects, or measures raw materials.
• Checks components for compliance with tolerances or specifications; may perform finish work.
• Packages, stores, and ships completed goods.
• Handles cannabis product.
• Tags and labels merchandise accurately.
• Labels and stockpiles merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Boxes, wraps, and packs merchandise per procedures.
• Adheres to safety and quality regulations within the workplace.
• Recognizes and accurately reports problems.
• Follows CGMP and PPE protocols.
• Executes routine validation protocols.
• May perform periods of rigorous, repetitive work.
• Records and manages all impaired or damaged merchandise.
• May operate filling and labeling machines.
• Maintains acceptable attendance and promptness.
• Must be accurate and precise.
• Assists other employees in accomplishing company goals.
• Participates in required training programs.
• Participates in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Job description

The Manufacturing Department Associate will be tasked to package, assemble, and label products. They will work closely with the quality control department to perform a variety of tasks in support of cannabis production operations. Position pays an hourly wage of $18.50/hour.

Requirements

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance

• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

• Must be able to work in dusty environments and wear PPE
