Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking Manufacturing Associates for Verona, MS. You will support daily production in the Master Flux and Material Handling areas, assisting with machine operation, assembly, material movement, and other manufacturing tasks. The ideal candidate works well in a team and stays focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced plant.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regular heavy lifting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in warm industrial conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be available to work Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production running efficiently.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
