Job summary

TKO StaffPros LLC seeks a Manufacturing Associate to support daily production in Verona, MS, assisting with machine operation, assembly, and material handling in the Master Flux and Material Handling departments.

The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with additional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including regular heavy lifting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Able to work in warm industrial conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Operate machinery and equipment as trained and directed.
• Assemble products and components according to production requirements.
• Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines.
• Meet established production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to keep production running efficiently.
• Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Manufacturing Associate

Location: Verona, MS
Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Fridays & Saturdays as Needed | Starting at 4:00 AM

Candidates must be available to work the regular Monday-Thursday schedule, with additional Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on production demands.
