Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Rhode Island is seeking a Manufacturing & Warehouse Technician to support production, material-handling, shipping, receiving, and surface-processing activities. Training will be provided for the right candidate as the operation grows.

The role involves daily hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with supervisors and teammates to improve productivity and safety. On-site position with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math and strong reading/writing skills.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse and manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Basic computer skills; MS Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate warehouse/manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory counts and product tracking.
• Inspect materials and finished products for damage or quality issues.
• Support surface-processing activities and clean-room handling as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, machine operation, material handling, production, or mechanical work.The Manufacturing & Warehouse Technician will support a variety of production, material-handling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and surface-processing activities.
