Job summary

WillowWood Global is seeking a Production Associate to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor production equipment, manufacture products to quality standards, and record production data to support continuous improvement.

You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility with opportunities for overtime, monthly bonuses, and a path for growth through cross-training and development. We value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
  • Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Basic math and measuring skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment while following established work instructions.
  • Manufacture products that meet WillowWood's high quality standards.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Record production information accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.
