Job summary

Aerotek in Monument, CO is hiring Medical Device Production Associates to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will work in an ISO cleanroom environment producing medical implants components and packaging finished devices, with safety and quality at the forefront.

We offer multiple shifts, competitive hourly pay from 17.00 to 19.55, plus a benefits package and opportunities to grow in the medical device industry. This contract role is onsite at our Monument campus.

Qualifications

Hiring Medical Device Production Associates — Multiple Shifts Available

Medical Device Manufacturing | Monument, CO

Join a leading medical device manufacturer in Monument, Colorado, and play a hands‑on role in creating life‑improving medical products used by patients every day.

We’re seeking detail‑oriented, dependable Production Associates who take pride in quality and teamwork and want to grow their manufacturing experience in a safety‑first workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cleanroom Production Associate, you’ll help manufacture precision medical nails and screws in an ISO 8/9 cleanroom. Your work will be essential to maintaining the quality and consistency required in medical device production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment used to produce medical implants
• Loading metal rods into machines and performing bending, lifting, and standing tasks
• Packaging medical devices in a cleanroom environment
• Running packaging and labeling equipment
• Inspecting products to ensure they meet strict medical quality standards
• Following all cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures

Shifts & Pay

(shift times are approximate and very within a 45-minute window depending on placed department)

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM | $17/hr
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM — 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr
• 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM — 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr

This is a Contract position based out of Monument, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.55/hr.
