Manufacturing Associate

Description:

**Position Title:**

**Manufacturing Associate**

**Pay Rate** :

$22.06 per hour with a .25 cent shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts and the opportunity to make $24.53 in the first 90 days.

**Category/Shift** :

**Hourly Full-Time**

Candidates must be open to 2nd (3pm - 11pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shift, depending on company vacancies. This role is subject to mandatory scheduled overtime.

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Safely operating machinery

+ Reading factory orders

+ Accurately reading gauges, tape measurer and other test equipment

+ Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting and setting up orders which may include carrying tooling (i.e. ink buckets, printing dies and cutting dies) to machinery

+ Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed

+ This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
