Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a growing manufacturing operation in Lavonia, GA. You will support manufacturing processes, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and uphold safety standards. This role offers two shifts (2nd shift) with a pay range of $18-$20.20 per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team while following procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials while maintaining productivity and safety.

• Keep the work area clean and organized, supporting housekeeping and safety.
• Follow all safety policies including PPE usage.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Pay Range: $18-$20.20/hour

Shift: 2 Shifts Available
2nd ShiftMonday-Friday2:00pm-10:30pm
12 HourShift - 2,2,3 -6:00pm-6:00am

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform visual inspections of products to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

• 1-year previous manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to work location rules and procedures.
