Tournesol Siteworks, LLC in Jurupa Valley, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our Production team. You will work under the Production Manager and team leads to fabricate and ship products for our commercial construction projects.

No prior experience required; 0 years. Schedule Mon–Fri, 6am–2:30pm. This hourly role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety standards. We offer benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read measuring tapes.
• Willingness to travel domestically for repairs (optional).
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fabrication and preparation of products for shipping.
• Sanding, bonding, priming, and wood filler work to prep surfaces.
• Read and interpret production schedules and blueprints.
• Inspect materials for quality before and after processes.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow plant safety regulations.
• Organize warehouse space and assist other departments as needed.

About the Team

The Production team is currently seeking an individual with general working experience for our Jurupa Valley, CA manufacturing facility. The Fabrication team works together with other departments to create, build, assemble and ship products for the commercial construction industry.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will work under the direction of the Production Manager and directly with the team leads to create product to be shipped to our customers, as well as other tasks as assigned including warehouse upkeep and organizing. processing materials for custom products from drawings/blueprints. This position is located in our Jurupa Valley, CA manufacturing facility. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.

What You Will Do

• Positions will vary, as we are experiencing fast growth, but positions may include but are not limited to;
• Sanding products down to prepare for painting
• Apply bondo, primer and wood filler to ensure there are no defects
• Read and interpret production schedules and orders
• Inspect the quality of the material before, during and after the various processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required paperwork for inventory purposes
• Report defective material and faulty equipment to Production Manager immediately
• Maintain a clean work environment and abide by all plant safety regulations and work rules
• Organizing warehouse space
• Provide additional support to other departments

What You Will Need

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to read measuring tape.
• You should have strong attention to detail
• Ability to wear a respirator at all times
• Reliable transportation, regular attendance and punctuality are critical
• Ability to travel domestically for in field repairs, desirable

Physical Demands

Candidate must have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift and carry objects (up to 50lbs), and perform repetitive tasks. The pay range for this role is:
